The Special Investigation Service has initiated a criminal case under the RA Criminal Code, Article 258, part 4, based on the materials prepared on police officer H.G.’s, citizens A.A.’s and A.Y.’s reports.
According to the materials, on November 3, 2013 A.A. reported that on the same day at around 10 pm her acquaintance K. and two strange men beat her; then they used violence against her son H.G. too, as a result of which the latter received bodily injuries.
On his part, A.Y. reported that on November 3, 2013 at around 10 pm he and police officer H.G. entered into an argument during which the latter hit him on the leg with a stone causing bodily harm; subsequently the police officer tried to hit again but the stone hit his Mercedez Benz car windscreen and damaged it.
State Protection Service officer, junior sergeant H.G. reported in his turn that on the same day he had an argument with some L. and C. who inflicted blows on his different body parts with hands and feet; C. hit his mother on the face with a stone causing bodily harm and L. ran over him with the Mercedez Benz car inflicting injuries on the different parts of his body.
Preliminary investigation is being conducted.
