The prisoner reported that he has admitted a series of crimes uncommitted by him against the sum granted by the special service officer

A criminal case has been launched based on the report filed by Artak A., a prisoner of “Nubarashen” Criminal-Executive Institution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia as per the materials prepared in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with Part 1 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
The prisoner Artak A. reports that a police employee of the Republic of Armenia, who was an acquaintance of his, being well-informed that he is accused of committing thefts and faces a serious financial situation, suggested him admitting a series of crimes uncommitted by him against 15 thousand Armenian drams. He agreed and by taking the money he admitted the cases of 13 thefts uncommitted by him.
A preliminary investigation is under way.
